Thomas Collett

     Thomas has been working in and around the food service industry since the age of 16, gaining experience especially in Maryland’s Eastern Shore cuisine and in cooking Wild Game.  He is a current Baltimore International College culinary student working at honing his skills to the highest level through concentrated gourmet education to provide the most appealing possible product to his clients.

Vincent Barracchini

     Vincent is currently a sophomore at Baltimore International College.  He has worked in many facets of the restaurant industry, from product sales to cooking and has a keen sense for bringing out the flavors in even the most simplistic of foods.  He has been in the restaurant business for many years and specializes in the preparation of seafood dishes.

Timothy Dadourian

     Timothy spent many of his child hood and teenage years aspiring to become an artist.  He is now attending Howard Community College Majoring in Multi Media Design and Business.  These skills are used to design the company’s web page and advertisements.  While managing the business aspect of Appealing Delights he is also gaining culinary experience from Vincent and Thomas.
